USA Network has launched Character Project, an ongoing artistic initiative to capture the character of America and pay tribute to the extraordinary people, from all walks of life, who make this country unique. Sylvia Plachy, one of 11 world-renowned photographers participating in the project, traveled through Mississippi to photograph the spirit of the South.
