Regional Australian mayor threatens to sue for defamation

A regional Victorian mayor may become the first person in the world to sue the artificial intelligence bot Chat GPT. A notice has been sent by Mr Hood's lawyers to its creators open AI, giving them an opportunity to respond and make amends.
