A thick column of black smoke is blowing in the rain.“Oh shoot, I hope they got out of there,” a voice can be heard saying.The Warren County Emergency Management Agency sent an alert shortly before 8 a.m. that said southbound I-65 was shut down in the area, and advised drivers to find an alternate route.
