Bristol City Council launches new safe harbourside swimming pilot costing £7 an hour. A new open-water swimming pilot is launching this spring in bristols harbour side for five weeks with lifeguards, safety boats, and water quality sampling. A 200-metre course will be cordoned off in the Baltic Wharf, with an access ramp in front of the Cottage pub.
