Annette Hanshaw sings "You Wouldn't Fool Me, Would You?" from the Broadway hit "Follow Through". The record was made for Columbia in New York on March 15, 1929. Annette plays innocent and playful, then in the second chorus, she teases in her baby voice and follows through with her Betty Boop imitation. She is clearly having a lot of fun in this session.
