Remote NT residents taught skills to help with rebuild of flood ravaged regions

Flood ravaged towns in remote areas of the northern territory are still off limits to many residents. As part of the recovery effort, evacuated residents are being taught the tools of the trade, so they can help repair damaged homes and roads.
