There was jubilation in the camp of the governorship candidate of All Progressives Congress and incumbent Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, as he joined other supporters to monitor the collation of results of Saturday’s election in the situation room.
In a video shared on Sanwo-Olu’s page, the governor was seen laughing as he watched the screen where results were being displayed.
His supporters also broke into a song of celebration as the governor secured a lead in the polls.
The video was captioned, “At the situation room, monitoring the collation of the votes.”
