Members of the public are being advised that permits are needed for the setting of bush and other outdoor fires and that failure to obtain the permit could result in a hefty fine. This as the Fire Service is reporting a slight increase in bush fires, one of which recently destroyed a number of vehicles. Rynessa Cutting reports.
