Back in September Russian president Vladimir Putin mae a decree to conscript some 300,000 men into his army. They were meant to replenish troop numbers after catastrophic losses they endured in their first 6 months of the unprovoked invasion, one that didn’t go how anyone expected. Now, according to local media source in Russia, they are looking for more soldiers once again, this time looking to recruit some 400,000 more. Veuer’s Tony Spitz has the details.
