This the moment a man using his phone while driving was caught - by two police on horse back.
Police video shows officers on horses on patrol when they spot the man speaking on his mobile.
One copper says: "He was on his phone - there he goes he's on his phone. That silver car."
They then gallop after the silver Land Rover Freelander in Taunton, Somerset - and pull him over.
One officer tells him: "You know you shouldn't be using your phone."
The man replies: "No, no music. I have a problem."
But the police officer points out there is a conversation going on and he was fined.
In a tweet posted yesterday (March 14), Avon and Somerset Police said: "Officers from @ASPoliceHorses have been supporting #OpTelecom, our operation to clamp down on the risk posed by drivers who use their phone at the wheel.
