The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) and the Philippine National Police (PNP) led the destruction of at least 3.7 tons of seized illegal drugs worth at least P19.9 billion, the largest recorded quantity of dangerous drugs, controlled precursors, and essential chemicals (CPECS), on Thursday, Mar. 16, in Barangay Aguado, Trece Martires City, Cavite, using the thermal decomposition of the Integrated Waste Management Inc.
