The Works Minister says anyone "taking a truck and dumping old concrete" in potholes in an attempt at road repair is creating "a very dangerous situation."
He is calling on those eager to conduct such road repairs to contact the Works and Transport Ministry so that a partnership can occur to ensure that such paving works are done according to standard.
