The Office of the Attorney General announced on Monday that the Appeal Court has dismissed appeals filed by the Chief Secretary and former Deputy Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly, against an application by the AG's Office seeking the High Court's interpretation of the THA Act.
The application was filed in December of 2021 when Mr. Duke was the Deputy Chief Secretary of the THA while he was also serving as the leader of the Public Services Association.
