Bakersfield Police Department Public Information Officer Robert Pair says the department understands what families are going through when a loved one goes missing, as well as their frustration at what seems like a lack of movement from law enforcement, but says even a smaller department like Bakersfield still gets around 100 new missing persons reports every month.
