Gary Shipton, editor in chief at Sussex World, speaks to John Nelson of the Chichester Harbour Trust on their three-point plan to protect the threatened Chichester Harbour. The short-term plan will include a pause on housing development in the district, to encourage accelerated investment in new sewage treatment capacity and working with Southern Water in an attempt to alleviate raw sewage discharges continuing in the Harbour.
