Former NT Deputy Police Commissioner to take the stand in Walker inquest

The Northern Territory coroner will this morning resume the long running coronial inquest into the death of 19 year old Indigenous man Kumanjayi Walker who was shot by NT police constable Zachary Rolfe more than three years ago.
