A former top-ranking public servant has detailed "difficult" relationships between the government departments responsible for the Robodebt scheme. Serena Wilson told a Royal Commission the former coalition government was savings-focused, with little empathy for Welfare recipients, categorising them as "deserving" and "undeserving."
