In a big setback for Uddhav Thackeray, the Supreme Court today refused to stay the Election Commission's order to give the Shiv Sena name and symbol to the Eknath Shinde faction."They (Shinde camp) have already succeeded before the EC. We can’t now stay the order," Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud said.
