The Philippine Coast Guard shares a video of the BRP Teresa Magbanua directing a Vietnamese-flagged fishing vessel to leave the Philippine Exclusive Economic Zone after it was found fishing in Recto Bank. This took place last February 9, and it comes as the PCG steps up patrols in the West Philippine Sea.
