One person was killed and three others were injured after a shooting in Cielo Vista shopping center in El Paso, Texas, USA, on Wednesday evening.
Videos shows emergency crews outside the shopping center.
El Paso police say two suspects are in custody.
The shooting happened near Walmart where 23 were killed in an attack in 2019.
