A Sydney man found not guilty of murdering his wife by setting her on fire has been exonerated by a Supreme Court Judge, who found he should never have been prosecuted in the first place. Kulwinder Singh today won a bid to force the State of NSW to pay his legal costs for the two murder trials he faced, because the forensic evidence suggested he was telling the truth all along.
