Da Rocha admitted to crying after the performance though the dancer praised Styles for working through all of the difficulties
Harry Styles' Grammys performance was thrown into chaos after a technician sent the central turntable stage spinning in the wrong direction, a devastated back-up dancer revealed on Monday.
The 29-year-old singer performed his hit song As It Was in front of an A-list audience and millions of viewers around the world before he took home the coveted Album of the Year award at the Grammys - which led him to be heckled by Beyonce fans.

But the performance was widely panned online with fans branding it lackluster and others noting something seemed 'off'.
And they were right - early on Monday morning, one of the Styles' backup dancers - Dexter Da Rocha - revealed in a TikTok video that the turntable the dancers and Styles all rehearsed on for days was turning in the wrong way that they practiced on.
'Yoann Bourgeois and his associate Kerem made this beautiful, beautiful piece on a moving turntable, so there are 12 of us, we're all on the turntable and we rehearsed for 10 days getting down these beautiful formations and sliding off the turntable… and Harry did such a good job integrating into it and had a beautiful duet and just making this incredible, morphing, cool artistic s**t,' Da Rocha began.
