Just nine minutes into a commercial flight from Florida to Atlanta, a fire starts in the hold, the pilot loses control and the plane crashes into the Florida Everglades, killing all 110 people on board. Incorrectly labelled and improperly packed oxygen canisters are to blame, and all it took was one to self-ignite.
