OFW Representative Marissa Magsino in a media forum on Friday, February 3, says the Philippines must strive to never again have another overseas Filipino worker (OFW) die the same way as slain Filipino domestic worker Jullebee Ranara. Magsino recommends a stronger bilateral agreement between the Philippines and Kuwait to better protect the thousands of domestic workers in the Gulf state.
