The five-man committee consists of Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr., Former Secretary of National Defense Gilbert Teodoro Jr., Under Secretary in the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Military Affairs Retired Maj. Gen.
