Demolition work continued in Joshimath, Uttarakhand on Sunday owing to the cracks that have appeared in hundreds of homes in the northern state.
Notably, Joshimath has been declared a land subsidence zone by the authorities.
More than 600 houses have been identified as unsafe and are being demolished by authorities.
