Gantantra Diwas, or Republic Day in India is celebrated all over the country as a public holiday on January 26 to mark the date in 1950 when the Constitution of India came into effect. This is the day when the whole country is dressed in the colours of the Indian flag, and people decorate their houses, offices and schools using the Tricolour theme. Though it is considered inauspicious to draw the flag on the floor, people also make beautiful Rangoli designs using the colour scheme of the Indian flag. Send these messages to wish everyone a Happy Republic Day 2023.1
