Michigan deputy under investigation after mother and her two children froze to death in field

Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard says a woman was suffering a mental health crisis when she fled her home with her three children. The woman and her two sons froze to death in a Pontiac field, while her daughter survived and is hospitalized.
