Calls to the authorities by residents to fix their roads are now commonplace... due to the deterioration of roads in many parts of Trinidad.
Today, one resident from Tabaquite added to the chorus, journeying to Port-of-Spain to speak with the media.
She said her daughter has been out of school since last year and even emergency responders are refusing to traverse the roads. Rynessa Cutting has more.
