Chinese-style smashed cucumber with chili pepper is a highly popular dish. Especially it is cooked very fast. Tasty, spicy, filled with aromas appetizer is perfect for holiday and home dinner and surely for a picnic.
✅ Ingredients:
• cucumbers – 14 oz /400 g
• sugar – 2 tsp
• chili pepper – 1
• garlic – 3 cloves
• salt
• vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp
• sesame oil – 2 tbsp

• container with a lid
Preparation:
1. Cut off the ends of cucumbers.
2. Smash the cucumbers with a flat part of knife blade and cut them into pieces of average size.
3. Chop up the garlic.
4. Cut the fresh chili pepper into rings.
5. Lay the cucumbers into container and add the salt, sugar, chili rings, vinegar and sesame oil.
6. Cover with lid and shake the container for 1-2 minutes.
7. Leave for 10 minutes, the Chinese-style smashed cucumbers with chili pepper ready.
