The low-pressure area (LPA) and shear line are expected to continue to bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday, Jan. 11.
PAGASA warned against possible floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
