The Energy Minister says the Government is monitoring global crude oil prices to see if in 2023 there could be a possible reduction in the price of fuel at the pump.
The Energy Minister was responding to questions from our Political Editor Juhel Browne on that matter and the government's plan to sell or lease the oil refinery which has been mothballed for over four years now.
