Pineapple buns, egg tarts, and milk tea — you can get an authentic taste of Hong Kong just by visiting a Cha Chaan Teng. These Hong Kong-style cafes serve a plethora of dishes that’s both inspired by the east and the west. We visited the oldest existing Cha Chaan Teng in Hong Kong, as well as a newer one that’s trying to put a spin to the tradition.
