This is the moment two heroic NYPD officers saved a man after he fell onto subway tracks in Brooklyn, New York. The man had fallen onto the tracks at Grant Avenue station on Tuesday (20/12) afternoon. Video footage captured by a body-worn camera shows the two police officers running along the platform toward the man standing on the tracks. Each cop leans down and grabs one arm, hoisting the man onto the platform, where the video ends. New York Police Department Commissioner Keechant Sewell shared the footage to their Twitter account. They said: “Strategically deployed NYPD 75th Precinct officers were on the platform in Brooklyn’s Grant Ave train station when a straphanger fell onto the tracks. “They immediately jumped into action, pulling the man to safety. “Saving a fellow New Yorker - Truly NY’s Finest!”
