Foreign Minister Penny Wong to make first ministerial visit to Beijing since China froze diplomatic relations with Australia

Billions of dollars in trade sanctions and the detention of two Australians are expected to dominate talks when the Foreign Minister Penny Wong travels to Beijing today. It's the first visit by an Australian Minister in more than three years.
