Yvette Cooper has accused the government of being "in chaos" over migrant crossings, with only around two percent of asylum cases from people arriving to the UK in the last year having been decided, and less than one percent from people arriving from Albania. The Shadow Home Secretary says Labour's "fast track system" would speed up the decision-making process and be a fair approach to dealing with individual cases.
