A mixture of floodwater and raw sewage has created an untenable situation for residents of the HDC's St. Joseph Road Apartments in Port-of-Spain. It turns out that members of the public have also been unknowingly traversing the contaminated water, as effluent has been spilling onto South Quay. However CEO of the Water and Sewerage Autority Kelvin Romain is giving the public an assurance that the situation has been rectified. Rynessa Cutting reports.
