The Legal representative for Paria Fuel Trading company today suggested that LMCS cut corners while carrying out its work on sealine 36 on February 25th. Senior Counsel Gilbert Peterson was referring specifically to LMCS’ removal of the mechanical and inflatable plugs which they did, instead of taking a different approach.
