Early on December 8, Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said deep depression over southwest and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal intensified into a cyclonic storm. The cyclonic storm has been named Cyclone Mandous. IMD has issued a rain alert for north Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and south Andhra Pradesh coasts. Watch the video to know more.
