Citizens are being urged to hope for the best, but prepare for the worst , and to expect flooding in areas that are not generally prone to floods.
While the country is not under any storm watch or warning, heavy rainfall is expected to continue into the weekend. Officials say, there is already a high level of saturation, which could spell disaster.
