An Opposition MP says a report by the strategic Services Agency two years ago raised the issue of guns seized by law enforcement... getting back into the hands of criminals.
But the National Security Minister says... there are ongoing efforts to improve the tracing of firearms as he also revealed that there are licenced firearms in the hands of person who are on criminal charges.
It was all part of a debate in Parliament today.
