THIRSTY Harry Kane guzzled water during England training amid the scorching 33-degree heat in Qatar.
The Three Lions skipper cooled off by downing fluids next to what the players are calling "The Heat Shack".
A tented area at the side of England's training pitch at the Al Wakrah complex provides some shade from the sun.
There is also a huge misting fan that the players use to help deal with the heat.
The type of machine is commonly used in the NFL but is becoming increasingly popular in other sports.
It pumps water from containers below out through the fan mechanism and into the grateful faces of whoever stands in front of it.
Kane took a minute to have a drink and stand by the machine during an exhausting training session.
The captain led the team out onto the pitch before they were put through drills by former Manchester City and Wales goalie Martyn Margetson.
Midfielder James Maddison once again did not take part in team training as he continues to recover from a knee problem.
Many of the players opted to wear sleeveless shirts in an attempt to ward off the heat.
England's official Twitter account posted a video of Gareth Southgate's squad taking it in turns to gratefully stand in front of the fan.
Midfielder Jude Bellingham and striker Callum Wilson both enjoyed extended periods being blasted by the cool water.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, Ben White and Conor Coady also made sure to cool off in front of the fan.
Fortunately for the Three Lions, temperatures in Qatar are expected to drop by the time their opening game against Iran comes around.
The weather forecast for 4pm on Monday is down at a more manageable 26C for their opening clash of the tournament.
