The parent of a student at Carapichaima West Secondary School has come forward with troubling allegations.
She claims her daughter was a victim of sexual touching by another student, in March.
Fearful that justice would not be served for the teenage girl, the parent, the Parent Teacher Association of CAPS West, and the Concerned Parents Movement have reached out to the Media.
