Inquiry hears bureaucrats watered down language on risks of robodebt scheme

The Royal Commission into the robodebt scheme is entering its second week of hearings in Brisbane. The commission has heard bureaucrats watered down language about the scheme's risks in a proposal to then minister Scott Morrison.
