Donald Trump had “a spring in his step” at his rally in Pennsylvania as he hinted at a potential announcement for his third presidential run, says Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen.
“Towards the end … and said, ‘I’m going to announce very soon, you’ll be shocked just how soon I announce it’,” she told Sky News host Chris Smith.
“He really did seem quite enthusiastic.”
