Government undecided on whether to fund both sides of the Indigenous voice to Parliament plebiscite

In the 2017 gay marriage referendum the government funded both sides of the 'yes' and 'no' campaign. There is hesitation if the government should do the same in the referendum for an indigenous voice to parliament
