Odisha Minister’s Relative Arrested For Thrashing, Forcing Man To Kneel Down On Cuttack Road

Police on Saturday arrested a person on charges of thrashing a person and then forcing him to kneel down on a busy street in Pratap Nagari area of Cuttack city.
