Apple ($AAPL@US) increased its prices for music and TV+ services in response to rising licensing costs. The cost of Apple Music for individuals increased from $9.99 to $10.99. The price of Apple TV+ will climb to $6.99 from $4.99, and the standard Apple One bundle increase by $2 to $16.95. Streaming accounts for nearly a quarter of the company’s sales, and Apple said that the increase in costs will benefit artists and songwriters.
