The Energy Minister says Caricom, and in particular, Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana and Suriname see themselves as being "part of the global energy security solution."
The Energy Minister made the statement during a virtual discussion hosted by the Atlantic Council to discuss the future of US-Caribbean energy cooperation.
