2022 Bakersfield Christmas Parade asking for people to submit floats

The theme of this year's Christmas Parade in Bakersfield is "A Hometown Christmas." The Christmas parade is a 40 year old Bakersfield tradition, and this year promises to be a show, with more local bands and dance groups this year than last.
